**Position Overview**:
As a BD Executive at our marketing agency, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads. You will pitch our services which is market expansion solutions to prospective clients, effectively communicating how our solutions can help them meet their business goals. You’ll collaborate with the leadership to manage the entire sales process—from scheduling meetings to following up and closing deals. Maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking leads, and preparing sales reports will be part of your routine, along with closely coordinating with the teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, research, and reach out to SMEs that are ready or willing to explore international markets.
- Promote specialized global expansion services, international lead generation, Online reputation and presence, leadership profile building.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.
- Support in preparing decks, pitch documents, case studies, and proposals for SME clients.
- Close leads and manage the delivery of services with the team

**Key Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, consulting, or B2B services targeting SMEs. Experience in Banks (SME sales), or software soltions targeted to SMEs will be welcome
- Familiarity with SME challenges and opportunities in global markets.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Working knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot), and MS PowerPoint.

**Skills**:

- Strong selling and relationship building skills

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

**Preferred Competencies**:

- Experience working with export promotion agencies, chambers of commerce, or SME support platforms.
- Understanding of global compliance requirements (e.g., CE marking, FDA, customs codes).
- Exposure to key sectors like manufacturing, agri-products, or consumer goods.

**These are the perks you will get -**5-day working, basic salary Rs - 25,000 - 28,000 Per month plus quarterly Incentives. Rapid Growth. Attractive Performance-related Incentive structure - upto 50% of the basic salary.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
