Job Responsibilities

The Security Supervisor is responsible to assist the Security Executive to handle a hotel's security operations. The position is required to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, associates and other stakeholders to ensure all hotels meet the brand’s standards, targets customer needs, ensures associate satisfaction, focuses on growing revenues, maximizes the financial performance of the department and oversees the development & implementation of the departmental strategies.

The Security Supervisor is required to follow the hotel-wide strategies that deliver ervices to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer, resulting in creating an iconic and profitable hotel.

Job Requirements

NCC certified. Preferably with Marshal Arts and sports. Certification from Goa State Fire Force or from Government fire department.
