Job Responsibilities:  The candidate should have assisted the Legal Department in a Corporate or worked in a law firm or Advocate Office.  He/she should have knowledge of paralegal activities  The candidate should be willing to take up local travel in and around Mumbai for commercial visits (like visiting firms, Govt offices, registrar offices, treasury dept, Courts, etc).  The candidate should have knowledge on documents, document scanning, storage and retrieval process  Candidate shall have good computer skills (Words and Excel Sheets) and typing skills  Shall assist Legal Department in record keeping, filing and retrieving  Candidate should have working knowledge in report generation, MIS and data reporting  The person shall closely work with commercial teams for all types of documentation assistance  Maintain a central repository of all documents of the company  Language Skills - Marathi/Hindi/basic English Requirements:  Candidate shall be from Mumbai and should know Marathi/Hindi/basic English  Preference is to look for a male candidate as local travelling is involved
