We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Incharge to oversee operations during designated shifts at our manufacturing facility. The Shift Incharge will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production processes, adherence to safety protocols, and efficient utilization of resources.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate production activities during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to production team members, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor production processes to identify and address any issues or bottlenecks that may arise, taking proactive measures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery, reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees, conducting regular safety audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production output, downtime, and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with other departmental supervisors and managers to optimize production processes and achieve operational objectives.
- Train and mentor new hires and existing employees to ensure proficiency in job duties and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety within the manufacturing facility.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and machinery.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed.
