**Roles and Responsibilities**

**1. Lead Generation via Cold Calling**:

- Generate and qualify leads by engaging prospective students and gauging their interest in study abroad programs.

**2. Appointment Scheduling**:

- Coordinate and schedule meetings between prospective clients and Senior Counselors or other team members.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and confirmations.

**3. Client Education on Process**:

- Provide clear and concise information to clients about the study abroad process, including timelines, admission requirements, and expected results.

**4. Cultural Awareness Building**:

- Educate clients on the cultural, academic, and social aspects of studying in various countries to help them make informed decisions.

**5. Needs Assessment and Program Mapping**:

- Understand each client's academic history and career goals.
- Assist in recommending appropriate university programs in alignment with their aspirations and preferences.

**6. Reporting and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outreach activities.
- Submit daily and weekly reports using designated formats for review by the Senior Sales Counsellor.

**7. Document Collection and File Preparation**:

- Assist clients in gathering required academic and identification documents.
- Organize client files systematically for review and processing.

**8. Cross-Selling of Services**:

- Enhance client experience through a holistic approach to their study abroad journey.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Education, Business, or Communications).
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or academic counseling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
