Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets in international markets.
Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospective customers in target regions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular communication and follow-up.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product enhancements tailored to international markets.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting international sales.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in international markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and objections.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in the Agriculture industry.
Familiarity with international trade regulations and export compliance.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global organization.
Proven ability to adapt sales strategies to different cultural and business norms.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
