**Job Summary**:
The CCTV and Biometric Technician is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV surveillance systems, biometric attendance systems, and related security devices. The role requires hands-on experience in handling low-voltage systems, IP configuration, and customer support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and configure CCTV cameras (IP & Analog), DVRs/NVRs, biometric attendance/access control systems, and related components.
- Lay and terminate cables (Coaxial, CAT6, Power) as per the site layout.
- Configure network settings for remote access (IP assignment, port forwarding, DDNS).
- Diagnose and repair system faults in CCTV and biometric systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of existing installations.
- Ensure proper alignment, focus, and coverage of surveillance cameras.
- Train end-users on system usage and basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with clients and project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain installation records, service reports, and stock checklists.
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards during installation and maintenance.

**Skills Required**:

- Technical knowledge of surveillance and biometric access systems.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and layout plans.
- Basic networking and computer troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Problem-solving and attention to detail.

**Work Environment**:

- Field job - requires travel to client sites for installation and support.
- Physically demanding - includes climbing ladders, lifting equipment, working outdoors.
- May involve work outside regular hours depending on urgency or deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
