_**1. Outbound Calls**:_
- Conduct outbound calls to the Patients who have been prescribed specific treatments at Sriranga Ayurveda Chikitsa Mandira.
- Communicate with the patients who have been prescribed specific therapies by other Doctors (Visiting Consultants at SACM or Referral Doctors etc.)
- Communicate with the patients who are contacting us via any media (may be redirected from reception)
- Need to explain about the therapies duration, Facilities, Expenses, Re-imbursement and economical support. What they have to bring (medical files with investigation reports, prescriptions and medicines etc.) cloths, how to engage time during the treatment period.
- **2. Patient Engagement**:_
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Patients through effective communication. (even after the therapies)
- Converting and Scheduling, prescribed patients for admission.
- **3. Appointment Scheduling**:_
- Assist Patients in scheduling (any / follow up) appointments for consultations and treatments at SACM.
- Coordinate with the front desk to ensure a smooth booking process.
- **4. Follow-up Calls**:_
- Conduct follow-up calls to existing Patients to gather feedback on their experience and encourage repeated visits.
- Update Patients on upcoming events, health camps or promotions.
- Be in touch with Referral Doctors either through call /message and also report about patients (if any admission).
- **5. Database Management**:_
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Patients interactions in the database.
- Keep track of leads, appointments, and follow-up activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
