Junior Marketing Executive

A junior marketing executive supports marketing campaigns by creating content, managing social media, conducting market research, and tracking performance metrics, all under the guidance of senior team members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Support**: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- **Digital Marketing**: Manage social media platforms, contribute to content calendars, and may help online advertising.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and market trends to inform strategies.
- **Market Survey**: 2-3 days market survey.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: 10th, 12th, or A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Typically 6 months to 1 year of experience in a marketing or similar role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- (a) Proficiency in design tools like Canva for content creation. (OPTIONAL)
- (c) Familiarity with social media marketing tools and analytics.
- **Soft Skills**:

- (a) Strong communication (written and verbal).
- (b) Excellent creativity and organizational skills.
- (c) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- (d) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
