PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend daily meetings and follow up on the departmental reports, log books and any other special instruction.
- Conduct daily briefings accordingly.
- Supervise the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas to ensure all standards are met.
- After inspection release the vacant and ready rooms to the Front office and follow up on the discrepancies.
- Make day-to-day maintenance orders and follow up on the same.
- Allocate the daily work assignments to the room boys and maids and issue the master keys.
- Supervise the issue of uniforms, guest room linen and housekeeping supplies.
- Work as a team giving full co-operation to other departments to ensure the smooth operation of all Hotel services.
- Co-ordinate with the executives in the framing of the duty rosters.
- Co-ordinate and organize periodic and spring-cleaning of various areas.
- Take periodic stock of linen, equipment and supplies.
- Attend to the housekeeping control desk.
- Attend to guest requests in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner.
- Conduct training sessions for the new and existing staff:

- Recommending authority for grant of leave to the Housemen.
- Motivate staff and listen to their grievances and give feedback to the superiors.
- Report any health or safety hazards to the Executive Housekeeper.
- To ensure that all duties are carried out in line with the Hotel Policy with high standards of personal appearance, personal hygiene, correct uniforms and name badges as outlined.
- To carry out any other duties as and when directed by the superiors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
