**Position**: Housekeeping Supervisor (Hospital)
**Location**: Secunderabad
**Salary**: ₹25,000 per month
**Gender**: Male or Female
We are looking for a dedicated **Housekeeping Supervisor** to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations in the hospital.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the hospital.
- Allocate duties and shifts to housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of patient rooms, wards, operation theatres, ICUs, and other hospital areas.
- Ensure infection control protocols and hospital safety standards are strictly followed.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies inventory and request replenishments when necessary.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning protocols, equipment usage, and safety procedures.
- Handle any housekeeping-related complaints or issues promptly.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for smooth housekeeping operations.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and submit them to the management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospital housekeeping or a similar environment.
- Good knowledge of hospital hygiene, infection control, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle staff schedules and resolve conflicts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit to perform duties as needed.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,595.18 per month
