**Selected day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Ad Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn. Analyze performance and adjust strategies.
- Content Creation & Scheduling: Create and schedule engaging social media content, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
- Audience Targeting: Segment and target audiences for maximum engagement.
- Social Media Strategy: Stay updated on trends, recommend new strategies, and explore new platforms to expand reach.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to social media comments and feedback.
- Generate ROI: Set KPIs, track campaign performance, and optimize strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media advertising and optimization.
- Proficient in Meta ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical, A/B testing, and campaign optimization skills.
- Experience with social media tools (Buffer) and analytics (Google Analytics).
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
