**Job description**:

- Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
- Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
- Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
- Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Review samples to see the designer and/or buyer’s idea is fulfilled or not.
- Put forward suggestions whenever you see big risk of product safety or quality.
- Make product description documents, to record it with sufficient information of material, structure, colour, component, package, workmanship and test requirement.
- Follow the 1st production of new products, by in-line and final inspections, finalise product documents.
- Investigate root cause and come back with action reports, when serious quality claim or repeated customer complain happens.

**Desired Must-Have Skill -**
- Good English, both written and oral.
- Good communication skill, especially to work with suppliers and Product Quality Inspectors to move tasks forward.
- Familiar with Quality Responsibility management system.
- Familiar with common material/components, production processes and failure modes of home furniture.
- Well organised and flexible to travel
- Well self-disciplined for business ethics

- 10 am to 7 pm

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
