**Key Responsibility Areas**

**Technical**

**Source/ Purchase**

1. Source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendors

2. Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project

3. In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on PO deliveries and shipment schedules

4. Resolve issues with vendors related to supply, quality, service and invoice

5. Do monthly reconciliation of open order packaging material

6. Track and follow up all open orders with respective suppliers

7. Conduct QC for shipment samples and ensure they adhere to the prescribed guidelines

8. Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Special Projects**

1. R&D for new Products, supplier and process wherever required

2. Work with factory or another department if required.
