**Staff Management**:

- Supervise, train, and manage kitchen and food service staff.
- Assign duties and responsibilities to food service personnel.
- Monitor staff performance and conduct regular evaluations.
- Ensure proper staffing levels during all shifts to meet hospital needs.
- **Food Preparation & Service**:

- Oversee the preparation, cooking, and serving of food in accordance with hospital dietary guidelines and nutritional requirements.
- Ensure food is prepared and served on time and meets the hospital’s quality standards.
- Coordinate with dieticians to ensure patient meals meet dietary restrictions and preferences.
- **Inventory & Supply Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records and order food supplies as needed.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food products to prevent spoilage and waste.
- Monitor food waste and work on strategies to minimize loss.
- **Quality Control & Compliance**:

- Ensure food safety standards and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
- Monitor food temperature, portion sizes, and quality.
- Stay updated with the latest food safety regulations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- **Budget & Cost Control**:

- Assist in the development and management of the food services budget.
- Control food costs by monitoring portion sizes, wastage, and managing supplies efficiently.
- Work with the hospital administration to ensure that food service operations remain within budget.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure high levels of satisfaction for patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
- Address and resolve any complaints or issues related to food quality or service.
- Act as a liaison between the food service team and hospital management.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Implement and monitor safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for kitchen and service staff.
- Conduct regular training on food safety and sanitation practices.
- **Dietary Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with dietitians and healthcare professionals to plan and prepare meals that meet patients' health and dietary needs.
- Customize meal plans for patients with special dietary requirements (e.g., diabetic, low-sodium, gluten-free).
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit reports regarding food service activities, staffing, inventory, and cost control.
- Assist in audits and inspections related to food services.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
