Finance

Provides financial services, analysis, reporting and business support to company management and/or government regulatory authorities. Ensures that Agilent operations are conducted in line with financial policies and controls. Responsible for the collection, recording, consolidation, reconciliation, analysis, reporting and presentation of accounting and financial information used by management for planning and control. Provides business management with financial decision support and analysis, portfolio management, market model analysis, business planning, and financial reporting, planning and analysis. Ensures local and enterprise-wide financial and statutory compliance that may include internal financial controls, external audits, regulatory filings and reporting, tax filings and audit representation. Maintains compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

ABRT Field Finance Manager Role specifics:

- Provides financial services, analysis, reporting and business support to company management and/or government regulatory authorities. Ensures that Agilent operations are conducted in line with financial policies and controls.
- Responsible for the collection, recording, consolidation, reconciliation, analysis, reporting and presentation of accounting and financial information used by management for planning and control.
- Provides business management with financial decision support and analysis, portfolio management, market model analysis, business planning, and financial reporting, planning and analysis.
- Reduces broad finance-related concepts, business strategies into structured projects
- Leads the design/ delivery of new finance tools/ processes/ business decision and support analyses; is the key technical contributor in the finance function
- Solves complex, high impact financial and business program/ project design and delivery problems
- Communicates effectively across boundaries
- Provides guidance to the team members for various day to day functional issues
- Effectively collaborates across functions to arrive at robust solution of complex issues with One Agilent Mindset
- Manages Stakeholders across Geographies effectively through periodic feedback sessions
- Provides effective leadership to the team for meeting the expectation of the stakeholders
- A team of 7 members to handle with senior ICB staff and 14 stakeholders across geography
- Delivers on broad finance-related concepts, business strategies into structured projects
- Leads the design/ delivery of new finance tools/ processes/ business decision and support analyses; is the key technical contributor in the finance function
- Solves complex, high impact financial and business program/ project design and delivery problems
- Communicates effectively across boundaries

Desirable:

- Analytical skills including Financial planning, forecasting - variance analysis
- Prior knowledge of SAP - Reporting tools including HANA, Analysis for office(AFO) - Essbase
- Prior Experience of working with Field finance would be an added advantage
- Managerial experience of handling a team with analytical skillsets

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
- Typically 8- years relevant experience for entry to this level.
- Post-graduate and/or certification/ license may be required.
- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in job.
