We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated **Sales Executive (Field Work)** to join our growing team. The primary responsibility will be to visit small and medium-sized business (SMB) owners, establish rapport, and collect specific business-related data for [research, lead generation, onboarding, or another purpose]. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to work independently on the ground.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily field visits to small and medium business owners in assigned areas.
- Engage business owners to gather specific data points as per company requirements (e.g., business size, industry, contact information, services used, etc.).
- Educate business owners on the purpose and benefits of the data collection initiative.
- Accurately record and report collected data using mobile apps or internal CRM systems.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with business owners to ensure future collaboration.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for number of visits and data submissions.
- Provide daily reports and feedback to the field manager/team lead.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies during all interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales, data collection, or direct customer interaction roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of small business operations.
- Self-driven with a go-getter attitude.
- Comfortable working outdoors and traveling within the city/region.
- Minimum education: 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline.
- Fluency in [Local Language] and basic English.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in market research or survey-based roles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or mobile data collection apps.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license (if applicable).

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
