Draft - Review Letter of intent, MOUs, leases - Subleases, Service agreement, Tri party contract L&L etc. Give comments on various legal aspects while drafting or reviewing the documents, Title certifications knowledge, Represent the Think space coworking pvt ltd during agreement draft discussion and debates, take lead and secure the interest of the company, find amicable way of execution in case of tough & debatable legal matters, Give opinion, Quick Turnaround and response the stakeholders. Work closely with all sales representatives/ Executives/ Community managers and assist them gracefully on various legal matters, Agreements, Deeds etc.

**Reporting**:

- CEO and Sales team

**Experience**:

- 2-6 years in real estate documents drafting and execution

**Office timing**: Monday to Friday - 10.30 AM to 6.30 PM and Saturday 10.30 AM to 3.30 PM

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
