- **Develop and nurture relationships** with prospective buyers, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
- **Conduct impactful property presentations** that highlight unique features and benefits, sparking buyer interest and driving sales.
- **Navigate the sales process with expert guidance**, from initial contact to successful closings.
- **Build strong relationships with internal teams** including marketing, construction, and customer service to ensure a seamless buying experience.

- **Contribute to sales team strategies and initiatives**, actively participating in discussions and collaborating on new ideas.

**To thrive in this role, you'll possess**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in real estate sales, preferably with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

- **Strong negotiation abilities** to secure favorable terms for both buyers and the company.
