Position Overview:
**Work Location : Gurugram / Haryana**

**Salary : 16000/- in hand + ESI / PF**

**The Charging Station Site Attendant / Security Personne**l is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and efficient operation of the EV charging station. This role requires vigilance, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond to emergencies effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:1. **Patrolling & Surveillance**:

- Regularly patrol the charging station area to detect and deter any suspicious or unauthorized activity.
- Monitor all safety and security systems, including CCTV cameras, fire extinguishers, and emergency response equipment.

**2. Access Control & User Assistance**:

- Ensure that only authorized vehicles occupy the designated charging bays.
- Provide assistance to users as needed, including giving directions, sharing basic safety tips, and assisting in incident reporting.

**3. Emergency Response**:

- Respond promptly to emergencies such as vehicle accidents, fire incidents, or electrical faults.
- Coordinate with company officials and emergency services as required during emergencies.

**4. Incident Reporting & Communication**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all incidents and daily activities in the station log.
- Report vandalism, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and other irregularities to site management.

**5. Site Discipline & Safety Enforcement**:

- Prevent and address loitering, theft, vandalism, and other disruptive or unlawful behavior.
- Enforce adherence to site-specific rules and regulations, including parking time limits and charging policies.

**6. Traffic and Environment Management**:

- Assist in managing vehicle flow and parking during peak hours or special events to ensure smooth operations.
- Support maintenance of a clean, safe, and user-friendly environment by reporting sanitation and maintenance issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in security, site management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and act effectively in emergencies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
