**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Deliver Engaging Virtual Chemistry Lessons**:

- Teach Chemistry concepts for grades 6 to 10 via online platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.).
- Explain foundational and advanced topics (e.g., atoms, molecules, periodic table, chemical reactions) aligned with the curriculum.
- Encourage problem-solving and critical thinking in students through real-life examples.
- **Lesson Planning and Preparation**:

- Develop detailed lesson plans, slides, and engaging multimedia resources tailored to students' grade levels.
- Include practical demonstrations using virtual experiments, videos, or interactive tools.
- **Student-Centered Teaching**:

- Personalize teaching methods to accommodate diverse student learning styles.
- Address individual queries effectively and provide extra support as required.
- **Assessments and Feedback**:

- Create and administer online quizzes, assignments, and exams to evaluate students' understanding of Chemistry concepts.
- Provide constructive feedback and actionable improvement suggestions to students.
- **Student Progress Tracking**:

- Monitor individual student performance regularly and maintain detailed records of progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their ward's academic progress and performance.
- **Technology Utilization**:

- Use online tools, virtual whiteboards, and collaborative platforms to ensure interactive sessions.
- Stay updated on and proficient with online teaching resources, e.g., simulation software like PhET or other Chemistry-related apps.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed of modern Chemistry teaching techniques and tools.
- Participate in online workshops and training programs organized by the institution or relevant bodies.
- **Collaboration with Stakeholders**:

- Work closely with other educators and school management to ensure seamless implementation of the curriculum.
- Contribute to interdisciplinary initiatives like science fairs or online student workshops.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- B.Ed. or an equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience in Chemistry for grades 6-10, preferably in an online setting.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools like Zoom, Google Meet, Kahoot, etc.
- Proficient in creating and using digital content, such as interactive PowerPoint presentations, PDFs, and recorded lectures.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Patient, empathetic, and capable of fostering a positive learning environment.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
