**Job Title: Chemistry Teacher - Grades 11 & 12**

**Location: DQ Labs, Indiranagar**

**Position Type: Part - Time - 2 hour sessions - thrice a week**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry in alignment with the curriculum - NIOS board (syllabus is similar to CBSE)
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical experiments to support conceptual learning.
- Conduct laboratory sessions with a strong emphasis on safety and proper scientific procedure.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, projects, and exams.
- Provide individualized support and academic guidance to students as needed.
- Prepare students for board exams with targeted revision plans, doubt-clearing sessions, and mock tests.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance interdisciplinary learning.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and school events.
- Stay updated with developments in the field of Chemistry and innovative teaching methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹350.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
