**Position**: Junior Architect

**Experience**: 0 to 2 years

**Job Requirements**:
**1. Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).

**2. Skills**:

- _Design and Drafting:_ Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., ZWCad, or similar).
- _3D Visualization:_ Basic knowledge of software like SketchUp, Rhino, or similar.
- _Graphic Skills:_ Familiarity with graphic design tools for presentations.
- _Knowledge of Building Codes:_ Basic understanding of local building regulations, codes, and standards.
- _Detail-Oriented:_ Ability to produce accurate technical drawings and detailed design documentation.
- _Problem-Solving:_ Creative and analytical approach to design challenges.

**3. Experience**:

- **0 to 2 years**of experience in architecture, interior design, or related fields.
- Internship or academic project experience is acceptable for fresh graduates.

**4. Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating architectural designs, concepts, and plans for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare working drawings, design documentation, and 3D models.
- Coordinate with consultants and team members for technical and design input.
- Participate in site visits and inspections to understand the project scope and progress.
- Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to execute projects efficiently.

5. **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

6. **Preferred Qualities**:

- Passion for sustainable design practices.
- A keen eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with construction materials, structural systems, and methods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
