Quality Supervisor

**Responsibilities**
- **Quality control**: Ensure that products, parts, and materials meet quality standards
- **Quality assurance**: Ensure that products and processes meet government, industry, and company specifications
- **Regulatory compliance**: Ensure that products and processes meet national and international standards
- **Team leadership**: Lead and develop people, processes, and systems
- **Problem solving**: Identify, solve, and prevent problems that affect product quality
- **Continuous improvement**: Evaluate and recommend alternative procedures for auditing
- **Communication**: Work closely with other department managers and supervisory personnel

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Quality Assurance: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (required)
