Foundry Supervisor

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in making charging, operating, and tapping furnaces, in pouring molten metal into the dies (CCM Machine) chipping, grinding castings: Examines materials and products at various stages of processing for conformance to specifications.
• Man power handling.
• Quality Control by all material.
• handle day to day shift wise employee handling, reporting.
• Observes machines and equipment for malfunction and orders adjustments or repairs, or directs workers to make adjustments or repairs.
• Trains workers in foundry processes and in operation of machines and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards for metal castings.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate foundry personnel.

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
