Trainer (Welder, Fitter, Electrician)

**Role Overview**:

**Eligibility Criteria**:
**Option 1**: ITI in relevant trade (Welder / Fitter / Electrician) with **minimum 3 years of work experience** in the relevant field.
**Option 2**:Diploma in Engineering** with **minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.**
**Option 3**:B.E. / B.Tech in relevant branch** - **Freshers can also apply.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions for students.
- Ensure students gain both technical and safety-related knowledge.
- Prepare lesson plans and training materials as per course requirements.
- Maintain training records, assessments, and performance reports.
- Support students during project work and practical evaluations.
- Keep updated with latest tools, techniques, and industry standards.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong trade-specific technical skills (Welding, Fitting, or Electrical).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
