Trainer (Welder, Fitter, Electrician)

Role Overview:

We are seeking qualified and passionate Trainers (Training of Trainer) in the trades of Welder, Fitter, and Electrician. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to train students effectively as per industry standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

Option 1: ITI in relevant trade (Welder / Fitter / Electrician) with minimum 3 years of work experience in the relevant field.

Option 2: Diploma in Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

Option 3: B.E. / B.Tech in relevant branch – Freshers can also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions for students.
• Ensure students gain both technical and safety-related knowledge.
• Prepare lesson plans and training materials as per course requirements.
• Maintain training records, assessments, and performance reports.
• Support students during project work and practical evaluations.
• Keep updated with latest tools, techniques, and industry standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong trade-specific technical skills (Welding, Fitting, or Electrical).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
