**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, modify, and evaluate fragrance formulations using essential oils, aroma chemicals, and natural extracts.
- Conduct olfactory evaluations and maintain fragrance standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align fragrance development with customer trends and preferences.
- Stay up to date with global fragrance trends, raw materials, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation, sample records, and formulation data.
- Work with suppliers and raw material vendors to evaluate new ingredients.
- Assist in troubleshooting fragrance-related product issues during production or scale-up
- **Qualifications**:

- Master’s or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Perfumery, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in fragrance research and formulation (preferably in the F&F industry).
- Strong knowledge of natural ingredients, essential oils, and aroma chemical interactions.
- Excellent sensory evaluation and olfactory skills.
- Familiarity with IFRA, REACH, and other fragrance industry regulations.
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
