**Job Title**: Insurance Form Filling Executive - Pharma Company

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit Multiple Hospitals daily, assist patients to fill-up insurance forms for our client pharma company, maintain the record of all data.
- Verify and cross-check client information for correctness and completeness.
- Collect and organize required supporting documents from clients.
- Maintain records of submitted forms and track their status.
- Coordinate with clients, agents, or the insurance company to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
- Ensure all forms are completed in compliance with insurance company requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist with data entry and updating client information in the company database/CRM.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

(Prior experience in insurance, data entry, or form processing is an advantage.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Local Language
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Additional Information**:

- **Work Location**: On-site in Hospitals etc. - **Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Bangalore**:

- **Employment Type**: Contract Basis
- **Salary Range**: 16,000-20,000 per month (slightly negotiable) in hand

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
