**Job Overview**:
As an Insurance Executive at Lot Mobiles, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of insurance-related activities for the company. Your role will involve coordinating with insurance providers, assessing risks, ensuring compliance with insurance regulations, and handling claims. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the company’s assets and managing its risk exposure.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Insurance Management**:
- Develop and implement insurance strategies and policies aligned with Lot Mobiles' business objectives.
- Negotiate and procure insurance coverage for company assets, including property, liability, and employee benefits.
- Regularly review and update insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with legal requirements.
- **Risk Assessment**:
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of exposure and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with various departments to evaluate risks associated with new projects or operational changes.
- **Claims Management**:
- Manage the claims process from initiation to resolution, including documenting incidents, liaising with insurance adjusters, and ensuring timely settlements.
- Analyze claim data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:
- Ensure adherence to insurance regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and present reports on insurance coverage, claims activity, and risk management to senior management.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:
- Act as the primary point of contact between Lot Mobiles and insurance providers.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on insurance-related matters.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging risks to recommend improvements to insurance policies and practices.
- Participate in industry conferences and professional development activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Proven experience in insurance management, risk assessment, or a related field, preferably within the technology or mobile sector.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, risk management principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
