**Stores Assistant - Raw Materials**

**Job Summary**

Support daily warehousing operations focused on raw materials—receiving, organizing, issuing, and tracking supplies to ensure timely production flow and inventory accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inward / Receiving Operations**:

- Receive raw materials per purchase orders and supplier delivery notes.
- Verify quality, quantities, and documentation; unpack and label items accurately.
- **Inventory Management & Issuing**:

- Issue materials to production or departments per material requests. Maintain FIFO principles.
- Handle WIP components, packing materials, consumables and gowning items.
- **Record-Keeping & Data Entry**:

- Maintain bin cards, register entries for inward/outward material, and perform periodic cycle counts.
- Prepare logístical documents such as delivery challans; log all movements.
- **Coordination & Logistics**:

- Liaise with service/production teams and vendors for material requests or returns of faulty items. Handle courier or transporter coordination as needed.
- **Material Control Tools & Equipment**

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: At least High School (10+2); Bachelor’s degree
- **Experience**:

- Entry-level: 0-2 years in warehouse/store roles.
- Mid-level: 1-3 years as Raw Material Assistant or inventory handler. Experience with ERP tools or Tally is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of inventory tools, bin card systems
- Attention to detail, organization, physical stamina for lifting and movement.
- Clear communication and coordination with internal teams and suppliers.
- Basic data entry and record‑keeping skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manauli, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
