The Cashier with Automobile Industry Experience is responsible for providing efficient and accurate cashier services while delivering excellent customer service in an automotive retail environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of automotive products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cash Handling:

- Process cash, credit card, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Calculate and provide correct change to customers.
- Maintain cash register and ensure proper balancing of cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Customer Service:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and purchase transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Product Knowledge:

- Develop a thorough understanding of automotive products and services offered by the company.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and special offers.
- Provide customers with accurate information and recommendations based on their needs.
- Administrative Duties:

- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, receipts, and other documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with sales associates, service technicians, and other staff members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
