Real Estate Telecaller

**Job Description**:
As a Real Estate Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to cold call potential clients and provide them with information about our real estate properties. You will be expected to promote our properties, answer questions about pricing, availability, and features, and schedule property visits for interested clients. Additionally, you will maintain a database of potential leads, follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met, and strive to meet or exceed sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cold call potential clients and introduce them to our real estate properties
- Provide information about properties, including pricing, features, and availability
- Answer client questions and address concerns
- Schedule property visits for interested clients
- Maintain a database of potential leads and client interactions
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and encourage property bookings
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth client interactions and property bookings
- Keep abreast of market trends and developments in the real estate industry

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Real estate experience is preferred but not required
