We are looking for a talented Brand Designer to join our dynamic team and help us create compelling and cohesive brand identities for our diverse clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative concepts for the company’s brand identity, including logos, typography, color palettes, and imagery.
- Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, business cards, presentations, social media graphics, and web assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding across all marketing channels.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into the brand strategy.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine the designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to support their professional growth.
- Work with external vendors and agencies as needed to produce marketing materials.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and deliver designs that meet their expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or a related role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of branding and design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media design is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
