We are a busy hospital with an average daily OPD of over 50 patients and perform numerous minor and major surgeries spanning various disciplines, including **Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Neurosurgery**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist consultants during OPD consultations and procedures
- Conduct regular inpatient rounds and monitor patient progress
- Supervise ANMs, GNMs, and other nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care
- Provide initial care for emergency and casualty patients
- Support surgical teams in the operation theatre as needed

**Basic Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: BAMS or BHMS or MBBS
- **Experience**: Prior hospital experience preferred
- **Skills**:

- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Motivation to learn and contribute to patient care
