We are a busy hospital with an average daily OPD of over 50 patients and perform numerous minor and major surgeries spanning various disciplines, including Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Neurosurgery.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our dynamic medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting consultants in both outpatient and inpatient services, coordinating with nursing staff, and assisting in emergency care and minor procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist consultants during OPD consultations and procedures
• Conduct regular inpatient rounds and monitor patient progress
• Supervise ANMs, GNMs, and other nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care
• Provide initial care for emergency and casualty patients
• Assist in minor procedures including plaster application and CLW suturing
• Support surgical teams in the operation theatre as needed

Basic Requirements:

• Qualification: BAMS or BHMS or MBBS
• Experience: Prior hospital experience preferred
• Skills:
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Motivation to learn and contribute to patient care
