**Designation**: Purchase and Store Executive

**Experience**: 3+ years of experience

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Issue material throughout the company as per requirements.
- Maintain 'okay', 'rework' and 'rejection' zones in store.
- Store the material in such a way that it is easily traceable
- Maintain FIFO for material movement.
- Decide and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels for every item.
- Create and provide Incoming and outgoing material challans and verification update and records.
- Generate purchase orders according to stock level and material requisition requirements.
- Track, measure and analyze company expenditures and supplier Performance.
- Manage quality of incoming material and proper issue of material to other departments.
- Maintain stock records of job work being done by the company and being outsourced.
- Create MRNs for bills

**DOCUMENTATION.**
- Create PO and update.
- Material issue slip and record.
- Material requisition slip and record.
- Check daily stock level, consumption and records.
- Monthly expenditure review.
- Ensure that sufficient material for job work
- Create challans and challans records
- Full fill material traceability and update
- Material quality records.
- MRN reports and record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
