**Role Overview**

As a PR Executive at Fuaark, you'll play a key role in **building relationships with athletes, influencers, and creators** across platforms like Instagram and YouTube. You’ll be the bridge between our brand and the public, ensuring Fuaark is always represented in the most impactful way.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Talent Sourcing & Negotiation**

Identify and reach out to potential fitness athletes, creators, and influencers on Instagram and YouTube. Negotiate terms for collaborations, partnerships, and product promotions.
- **Athlete Onboarding for Events**

Coordinate with influencers and athletes for brand events, pop-ups, launches, and campaigns. Ensure smooth onboarding and brief them with expectations and brand guidelines.
- **Influencer Campaign Ideation**

Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table for influencer collaborations, reels, giveaways, athlete spotlights, etc., that align with Fuaark’s brand voice.
- **Monthly Apparel Dispatch Coordination**

Work with the operations team to ensure timely dispatch of apparel stacks to onboarded athletes and creators.
- **Payment Coordination**

Maintain records of influencer/athlete payments and submit timely payment sheets to the HR and accounts team.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A solid understanding of influencer marketing and social media trends (especially in fitness)
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for tracking payments and dispatches
- Passion for the fitness and lifestyle space is a big plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
