**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Assist with team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
- Identify potential clients and create new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales methods.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Handle customer queries and provide solutions promptly.

**Marketing Activities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Assist in creating marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products/services.

**Market Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to improve offerings based on market demand.

**Sales Reporting**:

- Track sales performance metrics and report on sales activities and outcomes.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in (MBA, BCA/BTech) or a related field.
- 0 -1 years of experience in IT sales or a related role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT products/services and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
