- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends in overseas education, including changes in admission requirements, visa processes, and educational programs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system, ensuring that follow-ups are conducted, and all communication is logged accurately.

- Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your understanding of the overseas education sector and improve customer service skills.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
