Proactive Support: Identify recurring issues and suggest preventive measures to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field. Prior experience in customer support or a related role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards customer interactions.
