**Role overview**

The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist the Human Resources department in various tasks and projects related to recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. This role offers hands-on experience in HR processes and procedures, providing an opportunity to develop essential skills for a successful HR career.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in conducting initial interviews or assessments, as required.
- Assist in handling employee inquiries and concerns, escalating complex issues to HR management as necessary.
- Support HR initiatives aimed at fostering a positive work environment and employee relations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
