**A purpose driven role for you**
- Responsible for the execution of the Design and Development of Motorcycles/scooter/EV accessories assigned to the team as discussed with the Sections Heads of different sections.
He/she will be responsible for ensuring Project Delivery within quality, time & cost parameters set for that particular project.

**A Day in the life**
- Concept design, development & execution of various Accessory projects (Motorcycles, Scooters, EVs)
(Ex: Helmets/Panniers/Grabrails/ Guards/ Handlebar grips/ Levers/Seats/Wheels/Lamps /Luggage racks, etc)
Ensuring delivery during the 3D/Physical model development as per project stage.
Maintaining Design standards during the course of the Projects

**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- M. Des./ B. Des in Industrial/Product/Transportation design

**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Skills, understanding of market / users requirements.
Understanding of latest Trends in automotive Industry
Good Sketching & Visualisation skills, 3D Modelling as an extra benefit

**Behavioural Skills**
- Communication skills and readiness to help others
Report clarity and timely deliver
