Job Overview We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Jaipur This full-time mid-level role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our brand s visual identity The ideal candidate will bring strong skills in both mandatory and required design software and possess a passion for creative excellence in the fashion accessories manufacturing industry Qualifications and Skills Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign Mandatory skill Strong skills in typography to effectively communicate brand messages through text Mandatory skill Ability to create original illustrations that align with the brand s aesthetics Proficient in using Sketch for creating and iterating on design concepts Experience with Figma for designing and prototyping digital products Understanding of UI UX design principles to ensure user-friendly and engaging designs Branding expertise to maintain and develop consistent brand identity in various mediums A solid grasp of color theory to create visually appealing and harmonious designs Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain the company s visual brand identity across all platforms and marketing materials Design engaging and impactful graphics for promotional materials packaging and digital platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions Coordinate with the manufacturing units to ensure design feasibility and quality standards Create and manage a library of brand assets for consistency and efficiency in design processes Incorporate industry best practices and emerging design trends into all creative work Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas and concepts
