As a vital post of our operations team in the bulk business sector, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of various operational processes. Your primary goal will be to optimize productivity, minimize errors, and maintain high standards of quality and safety within our bulk business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of bulk goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Plan and coordinate transportation activities for bulk shipments.
- Liaise with freight carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- **Quality Control**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity of bulk goods.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety training sessions for operations staff.
- Investigate and report any safety incidents or near misses.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the operations workflow.
