**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to promote interior design and turnkey project services.
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and hospitality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the interior design industry.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development within the interior design or construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully handling turnkey projects and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing platforms.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Familiarity with interior design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus.
- Experience in handling large-scale or high-budget projects.
