**Job Overview**
**Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management**:
- Greet and assist visitors, parents, students, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
**Administrative Support**:
- Maintain student and staff records and assist with documentation.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for school administration.
**Communication and Coordination**:
- Provide accurate information about school policies, admission procedures, and events.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth school operations.
- Handle parent inquiries and provide necessary guidance.
**General Office Duties**:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Manage courier and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist in school events, open houses, and other administrative functions as needed.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Tamil proficiency is a plus).
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle queries efficiently and resolve issues professionally.
