**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for the D2C business arm, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and supporting documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, and collections.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather financial data and provide necessary support for decision-making.
- Work closely with the logistics executive to coordinate and oversee the shipment process, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any logistics-related issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in reconciling stock discrepancies.
- Prepare tax-related documents and liaise with external auditors during audits.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficient in using accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Excel).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with logistics and shipment processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to work from the office on a daily basis.

Salary and Benefits:

**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 per year
