**Purpose of the Role**:
Corporate Quality Assurance

**Qualification & Experience**:

- M.Sc. (Chemistry)/ B tech (Cosmetics)
- Min of 2 years in Cosmetic Quality Assurance

**Key Deliverables of the Role**:

- Responsible for handling Hair & Skin Care product quality.
- Q systems like ISO/ OSHA/IMS and documentation.
- Effective Consumer complaint and query handling.
- Carrying out Packaging material / FG testing.
- Ensure and train GLP, GMP, Safety and Hygiene in Manufacturing and Lab.
- FG audit at Marico and S/C Locations.
- Tracking Market / Retail quality.

**Knowledge, Skills & Competencies**:

- Good Communication and Presentation skill
- Analytical skills related product and Problem solving
- Knowledge on the QC tools.

**Reporting Relationships**:
Upwards - CQA Manager

**Other Functional Interfaces**:

- Product Development
- Technical Regulatory Affairs

**Growth Path & Future**:
Move to higher order role basis the performance & potential.
