Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors to the organization in a friendly and professional manner and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Handling incoming phone calls, transferring calls to the appropriate individuals, and taking messages when necessary.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings for staff members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Entering data into computer systems, maintaining records, and updating databases as needed.
- Supporting administrative staff with tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing documents.
- Handling customer post sales query and coordinating with internal departments.
- Maintain detailed records of post-sale interactions and provide regular reports to management on client satisfaction and post sales activity.

You will be a good fit, if you have
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 years of experience as Front Office Executive or post sales
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in the evening, weekends and holidays as required for events.

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
